The Imaging Performance: Boosting Profits Through Increased Sales Productivity blog is the latest tool in our Performance Arsenal.  This blog is dedicated to the Imaging Technology Industry with a focus on exploring and dealing with the trials and tribulations of growing a sales organization and its sales profit in the industry today. Its goals are to not only identify problems but to also provide insight and solutions to those problem while providing a sharing community within the industry.
While there are many blogs and communications that promote an individual or an organization, our philosophy is to help clarify the barriers to your success and provide ways to overcome them. We want it to be an open and candid exchange that “tells it like it is” and “helps you make it like it should be”. Imaging Performance will not just be a collection of “Theoretical Best Practices” but an active dialog and repository of what works so you can capitalize on it. And, possibly more importantly, it will address what doesn't work so you can avoid it.
In addition, we will speak directly to your immediate needs with the “Consultant’s Corner". In this area you can post a question in the open or send it to me privately for comment.  I will provide a candid assessment and give the strategy, from my experience, that has the greatest chance of success.
Occasionally, we will ask your opinion through short surveys to take the pulse of what's going on in the industry right then. We will use suggestions from our readers to develop the questions, such as:
